The Scourge of West Hollywood
I’m a Kenyan, He’s a Kenyan, Wouldn’t You Like to Be a Kenyan, too?
Here is my new, genuine, artificial birth certificate proving my Kenyan citizenship. You, too, can uncover your Kenyan roots at the Kenyan Birth Certificate Generator!

Townhalls Gone Wild!
From Daily Kos TV, a tongue in cheek take on the Astroturf outbursts this past weekend staged by Republican operatives at town hall meetings on healthcare reform.
Truth & Honor in Government?
Some Birther just told me over Twitter that by posting a gag birth certificate for Obama that I am “Mocking those that want truth and honor in government.”
If the Birthers really did want truth, they might apply actual standards of truth. Instead, it is a transparent game of denying what you don’t like and scraping together anything that supports what you wish were true.
To that end, it should be expected that those desperate to make their case plausible will try claiming the high road: honor. When a Birther defends their quixotic quest to disprove recent history, “honor in government” means a white guy in government.
Obama’s REAL Kenyan Birth Certificate
While some may make light of the Birthers’ quest to disprove President Obama’s citizenship, a thorough investigation looking for things I wanted to hear produced this compelling piece of evidence. The official embossed seal proves that this paper has been embossed with a seal that is official. This has all the trappings of something you would see on the Internet.
From Ohio to Beyond
Neil Armstrong is being hailed on the anniversary of the moon landing. He is from Ohio. The first man to orbit, John Glenn, and the first man to fly, Orville Wright, were also from Ohio.
It shows that no challenge is too great when a man is trying to get out of Ohio.

Birthers of a Nation

I am incredulous at the new poll by Daily Kos that says that 43% of Republicans believe that Obama is not a legal citizen of this country. Lou Dobbs’ self-martyrization over repeating long answered asinine questions was bad enough, but the genius is now using an AOL online poll as his defense. Not that he should care about the non-scientific nature of a poll fueled by wingnuts who can vote over and over again hoping that it will change reality if they click on it enough, because he is already ignoring his own news program to further his desperate xenophobia.
Since I have other comedy and political docs taking up my days, I will just let Bill Maher vent for me.
