Remembering How 9/11 is Remembered

This seventh sad anniversary of attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center, there is probably more doubt than ever who was actually responsible for the hijacking, destruction, and short-selling of airline stock that made someone a shit load of money.

But we do know who really profited: The Neo-Con Church of Bush.  Showtime aired a painful piece of propaganda soon after the attacks called “D.C. 9/11,” laughably depicting Bush as decisive, well-spoken, and competent.

This fine piece of video vandalism is called “D.C. 9/11: THE EVILDOER’S REMIX,” an hilarious re-edit of the puff piece with real footage, corrected facts, and gratuitous thought bubbles superimposed.

9/11 is not simply the anniversary of an attack, it’s the catch-all code for American hegemony and hypocrisy for generations.  Make the Evildoer’s Remix part of your annual remembrance of the REAL hijacking.
